Location: London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Travel
A well-established MEP contractor with over 25 years of industry experience is looking to appoint an Assistant MEP Project Manager to support their continued growth.
Operating across commercial, housing, and industrial sectors, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects. With a turnover of circa £20 million, they are in an excellent position financially, with no signs of slowing down.
Role & Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and delivery of MEP projects.

Support with procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
*
Monitor site progress and liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
*
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
*
Maintain compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
*
Prepare and update project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
*
Experience in the MEP sector (mechanical, electrical, or both).
*
Previous exposure to project management responsibilities within construction/MEP.
*
Strong organisational and communication skills.
*
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Package:
*
£50,000 – £60,000 salary (depending on experience).
*
Travel allowance.
*
