Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Site Manager to join a prestigious 4-storey office development with a roof terrace in Putney. This is a high-end project requiring a manager with a strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver a quality finish.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the internal construction and fit out packages, ensuring all works are completed to programme and to the highest standards. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors in a live project environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all internal works, including finishing trades.

*

Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, programme and compliance.

*

Ensure Health & Safety compliance on site at all times.

*

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and maintain site documentation.

*

Report progress, issues and risks to the Project Manager.

*

Drive snagging and finishing works through to completion.

Requirements

*

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid – essential.

*

Proven experience managing high-end internal fit out projects.

*

Strong eye for detail with a track record of delivering quality finishes.

*

Ability to work independently and confidently lead subcontractors.

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
