Senior Quantity Surveyor Required in Brentwood

GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established joinery contractor based in Essex. With a reputation for excellence, they deliver bespoke joinery packages and full fit-out solutions for prestigious clients across the commercial sector.

The duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager are:

* Managing the commercial reports and advice to the management team

* Ensure the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality and time.

* Delegate work where necessary and liaise with team on project progress

* Prepare cashflows for payments in and out

* Carry out measurement for valuations

* Identify Opportunities and risks

* Attend post tender and pre-contract meetings.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager must have/be:

* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the joinery and fit out sector.

* A Proven track record of delivering construction projects

* Excellent communication and oral skills

* Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management

* Stable employment history

* High-performing individual
