The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our consultancy team. This role will play a key part in delivering cost management expertise across facilities management, property and wider built environment projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide cost planning, budgeting, and commercial support across FM and property consultancy projects.

*

Manage contracts and procurement processes in line with client and regulatory requirements.

*

Deliver accurate cost reports, forecasts, and valuations.

*

Advise clients on best practice, risk management, and value engineering.

*

Support tender analysis, contractor negotiations, and project financial controls.

*

Ensure compliance with RICS / professional standards and client governance.

*

Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

About You

*

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field.

*

RICS (or equivalent, e.g. ROCS) qualified.

*

Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor (FM, consultancy, construction, or wider built environment).

*

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.

*

Excellent stakeholder engagement, reporting and communication skills.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative consultancy team.
