Immediate Requirement: Health and Safety Advisor / Consutant/ Manager – Construction | Redditch | £40.00 per hour | Start 13th October

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is urgently seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager with strong construction and CDM knowledge for a short-term contract based in Redditch. This is a 3 to 4 week full-time assignment with potential to extend, supporting a high-profile client in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Redditch Start Date: Must be available to start Monday 13th October Rate: £40.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time Accommodation Support: Up to £100 per day available for non-local candidates Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections, audits, and reviews in line with CDM and health and safety regulations

*

Deliver clear, practical safety advice across all levels of site operations

*

Lead risk assessments, COSHH reviews, and incident investigations

*

Develop and present safety briefings and toolbox talks

*

Maintain strong client relationships and support business continuity

Candidate Requirements:

*

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (essential)

*

Proven experience in construction or CDM-regulated environments

*

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

Professional, proactive, and confident in client-facing roles
