Freelance Site Manager – Refurbishment project in Erith
Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for an immediately available Freelance Site Manager to work for our client – a well established, medium sized fit out and refurbishment main contractor. They have a project starting in Erith, South East London completing end of Jan that we require a Freelance Site Manager to manage.
The project is the internal refurbishment of a retail unit to CAT A standard on a retail park in Erith, South East London. Project value is circa £500k.
Must have in date site qualifications:
SMSTS
First Aid
Black CSCS (Desireable)
We are looking for someone who can start on Tuesday 7th October.
