Remuneration: £32,000 – £35,000 + £2,000 bonus

The role of the Technical Support Engineer – Drainage Systems will involve:
* Technical Support Engineer position dealing with the service and installation for a range of drainage pump solutions
* Provide technical advice and product solutions to M&E contractors and consultants across multiple sectors
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, from enquiry to order completion
* Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
* Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure client needs are met
* Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer – Drainage Systems with:
* Must have technical, estimating or engineering experience within the pumps, heating, ventilation, wastewater, sewage, mechanical or related market sector
* Ideally will have an engineering qualification
* Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* Able to work within a team and individually
* Confident and articulate
