Site Agent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company for a Site Agent to join their team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of exciting projects with a focus on housing civils.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

*

Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively

*

Monitor quality standards and compliance with health & safety regulations

*

Maintain clear and proactive communication with project stakeholders

*

Ensure accurate reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Agent in the civils sector, preferably housing and civils projects

*

Strong understanding of site management, health & safety, and quality procedures

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions on-site
