Construction Consultant (QS / Planner / PM / Lawyer) – Partnership Potential
A well-established construction consultancy based in Suffolk is seeking an experienced Construction Professional to join their team. Specialising in dispute resolution and planning, they work with a wide range of clients including developers, main contractors, subcontractors, insurers, and solicitors.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who can bring expertise and potentially their own client network. For the right candidate, the role could develop into a partnership position following a provisional period.
Key Requirements:
Background in Quantity Surveying, Construction Planning, Project Management, or Construction Law
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT / NEC essential; FIDIC advantageous)
Commercial understanding of cost vs value, applications processes, and the Construction Act (esp. adjudication & payment)
Dispute resolution and/or delay analysis experience desirable
Familiarity with planning/programming software (ASTA preferred, P6 useful) beneficial
Gravitas, client-facing confidence, and excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with a flexible, consultant mindset
