About the Practice:
I'm working with a highly regarded architecture practice that has built a strong reputation for delivering design-led, sustainable projects across residential, commercial and retail projects. They are looking to strengthen their technical team with the addition of an experienced Architectural Technician who is confident in Revit and able to take projects from concept through to delivery.

The Role:
As a Mid-Senior Technician, you'll be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and models in Revit, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with UK building regulations. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects and play a key role in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and develop detailed technical drawings and Revit models.

Collaborate with architects and external consultants throughout all project stages.

Ensure compliance with current UK building regulations and industry standards.

Support the delivery of projects from planning through to completion.

Provide guidance and support to more junior team members when required.

About You:

Proven experience as an Architectural Technician (ideally 4+ years).

Proficient in Revit (essential).

Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills.

Solid understanding of UK building regulations.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
