Senior Project Manager

We are partnering with one of the UK's most respected Tier 1 construction companies to find an exceptional Senior Project Manager to deliver a new build healthcare project.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects, typically valued from £50m to £100m in value.

Key duties:

Leading the project team and managing all site operations from inception through to successful completion and handover.

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Managing client relationships, supply chain partners, and key stakeholders.

Overseeing all contractual, financial, and commercial aspects of the project.

Driving a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on site.

What We're Looking For

Essential: Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director delivering multi-million-pound projects for a Tier 1 / Principal Contractor.

A proven track record of successful project delivery in large-scale, complex construction environments (e.g., commercial, residential, education, or infrastructure).

Highly Desirable: Previous experience working on Healthcare/Hospital projects is a significant advantage.

Strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Degree/HND in Construction Management, SMSTS, CSCS Black Card).
