We are currently searching for a Project Manager operating within the new build hotel sector who is keen to get involved with a brand-new project. The project is currently in Preconstruction and will be going to site in the next 2 months.

With a build value of £80m, this project will involve the construction of two RC frame towers, peaking at 15 storeys.

The Role:

* Lead overall delivery of the project, ensuring it meets time, cost, quality, and safety targets.

* Act as main client and stakeholder contact, providing clear progress updates and managing expectations.

* Plan, programme, and coordinate resources to keep works on track

* Manage and motivate the site team, setting objectives and ensuring collaboration.

* Oversee health & safety compliance, promoting a strong safety culture.

* Monitor quality standards, ensuring works meet specifications and handover requirements.

* Control costs with the commercial team, managing budgets, variations, and risks.

* Resolve on-site issues quickly and maintain accurate reporting and project records.

Experience Required:

* 5 + years’ experience at project lead level on projects in excess of £40m

* Extensive experience delivering hotel/aparthotel schemes.

* Proven record of delivering schemes from cradle to grave.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential
