Are you an experienced architectural technologist looking to join a thriving studio known for delivering complex, high-value projects with a focus on technical excellence and design innovation?

Based in a beautifully located office in Exeter, you’ll work on ambitious projects that shape meaningful spaces and communities. You’ll play a key role in transforming design concepts into technically sound designs and collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and clients.

We welcome applications from both chartered and non-chartered technologists. However, you must have proven experience across all RIBA stages (0–7).

Responsibilities

* Lead the technical delivery of large, complex architectural projects.

* Produce accurate technical and construction drawings using Revit.

* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop technical designs and documentation.

* Manage planning and building regulations submissions.

* Attend site visits and liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure design intent is upheld.

* Ensure best practice use of Revit across project teams.

* Apply strong technical knowledge to develop robust, buildable, and sustainable solutions.

Skills & Experience

* Degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture.

* Advanced Revit proficiency is essential.

* Experience across RIBA Stages 0–7.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Chartered status (MCIAT) is welcome but not required
