Job Title:- Joinery Site Manager

With a turnover of over £100 million, one of UK’S leading Specialized Joinery Contractors is seeking a No.1 Site Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 year’s experience within Joinery working on Main Contracting sites facilitating the Joinery installation
Some of the key duties would include
* Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build
* Site set up and strategy including logistics
* Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly
* Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions.
* Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors
* Ensuring all the Joinery Packages are installed on site as per the program
* Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to
* Finish with attention to budgetary limitations
* Client liaison
* Management of the trades and labour on site
Ideal candidate must have worked within Joinery , must be able to travel into London and have a Black CSCS, SMSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications.
