Senior Project Controls Manager

A leading consultancy in Bristol is looking for a Senior Project Controls Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong project controls experience, used to delivering on complex, high-profile projects. You'll have the opportunity to work across major infrastructure, commercial, or transport projects, providing oversight and guidance to ensure projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project controls for high-profile schemes, including planning, cost control, and risk management

Develop and maintain project schedules, cost reports, and performance dashboards

Provide proactive guidance and support to project managers and teams

Analyse project performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

Ensure compliance with company and client reporting requirements

Mentor junior project controls staff and share best practice

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in project controls within a consultancy or large-scale projects environment

Strong knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)

Experience on high-value, complex projects (infrastructure, transport, or commercial sectors)

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently

Salary & Benefits:

£60,000-£70,000 depending on experience
