Installation and Maintenance Officer
My client is in the advertising business and due to prolonged growth, they are looking to recruit for a new role covering Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
The successful candidate will be based in the East Midlands and work from home, travelling to sites by your works van installing posts and plates on roundabouts to posters in car park frames efficiently and to a high quality.
You will most likely be working in or from a background involving sign installation, construction and/or grounds maintenance (on highways) although full training will be provided if successful.
The ideal candidate will have some of the below experience:
Some practical knowledge of sign installation and/or grounds maintenance
Experience of working on or near highways
Comfortable using grounds maintenance machinery (e.g. mowers/strimmers)
Ability to take on daily tasks of a physical nature, including some heavy lifting
Health and safety knowledge (training and certifications involving ground works excavations/Chapter 8 Traffic Management particularly desirable) ALTHOUGH FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE in these areas
Professional appearance and conduct
Occasional weekend work
Ability to maintain a clean operating vehicle & equipment at all times
Good hand eye coordination
