Development Coordinator

Our client is a leading 5-star builder, delivering quality houses throughout the East Anglia area. Due to a dramatic uplift in workload, there is a need to strengthen the technical team with an accomplished Architectural Technician with a broad and strong exposure to the wider technical discipline. You will be involved in the preparation and submission of major planning applications in line with my client’s budget and will have the pleasure of seeing these developments come to life and ultimately become people’s homes.

Required skills:

* Production of relevant plans and documents in support of planning submissions.

* Managing projects on site.

* Handling queries when they arise.

* Liaising with planners on planning related matters as and when required.

* Previous experience in a Design and Technical Department in a residential background or new build housebuilder.

* Ability to use AutoCAD.
