Arborist & Climber Teams Wanted – Kent & Sussex (Weekend Works)

Enable Resourcing is recruiting Climbers (with Aerial Rescue), Chainsaw Operatives, and Arborists (Level 1, 2, and 3) to deliver vegetation management and arboricultural works across Kent & Sussex.

This is a long-term opportunity on a 4-year framework, with weekend-only works and negotiable rates based on experience and qualifications.

Roles We’re Hiring For:

* Climber (Aerial Rescue)

* Arborist Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3

* Chainsaw Operatives

Required Competencies (City & Guilds / NPTC / LANTRA):

Depending on the role, candidates must hold some or all of the following:

* 201 (CS30.1, 30.2): Chainsaw maintenance & crosscutting

* 202 (CS31): Felling small trees

* 304 (CS32): Felling medium trees (up to 760mm)

* 203 (CS38): Tree climbing & aerial rescue (mandatory for climbers)

* 204 (CS39): Chainsaw from rope and harness

* Level 2 certificates in:

* Wood chipper operations

* Brushcutting (AB02/ABC)

* Hand-held hedge trimmers

* First Aid +F (all operatives must hold this or be willing to obtain it)

* PTS required, but we can sponsor training for the right candidates.

Location: Kent & Sussex

Schedule: Weekends only

Duration: 4-year framework

Rates: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
