Quantity Surveyor

Role: Quantity Surveyor (Internals)
Location: Glasgow (with hybrid working available)
Package: £45k to £50k + car allowance, healthcare, 5% pension, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

The Role

Taking commercial responsibility for contract performance on allocated works
Maximising turnover and profitability of projects
Working closely with project teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and value for money
Managing fast-track schemes with a high degree of change through the contract period

The Candidate

Established Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Background in main contracting, ideally with blue-chip contractor experience
Hands-on project delivery knowledge
Strong commercial acumen, analytical approach, and excellent time management
Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, architects, and colleagues
Full UK driving licence
