Labour Resource Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE
The role of the Labour Resource Co-Ordinator will be to provide high quality day to day co-ordination with Site Leadership teams and administrative support relating to workforce deployment across all UK sites / Branches.
KEY PRIORITIES
* To support the Labour Resource Manager to ensure a balanced labour pool in terms of skills and numbers across the sites and job grades as required / as bid.
* To manage and maintain the labour deployment system to deliver 90% deployment accuracy against the defined project plans.
* To co-ordinate with HR to ensure roles have supporting job descriptions, positions are advertised internally and externally where required and co-ordinating job interviews where necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensuring adherence to site / industry regulations and requirements including that all professional qualifications (CSIRS / COTS cards etc.) are within date and where required liaison with training to trigger refresher training to support compliance.
* Ensuring all new employees complete onboard paperwork and paperwork is sent to HR for creation of employee records / payroll processing.
* Ensure Agency personnel are created in WD with contingent worker profile.
* Ensure ECF’s are completed and submitted to HR to update on workplace location changes to ensure ability to track employees site movements and ensure Workday / Oracle remain accurate in conjunction with labour planning software systems.
* Support business leaders, sales leads, sales support functions to facilitate the delivery of our Social Impact Strategy for the UK&I.
* Use this data to produce dashboards and reports as needed.
* Support the digitalisation of systems and workflows, and delivery monthly analytical presentations to the Site Leadership Teams covering key metrics such as overtime, agency usage, training costs and labour utilisation.
* To support the Labour Resource Manager to manage labour systems / ways of working, ensuring skills balance across sites and teams.

* Highly organised, preferably with project management administrative experience.
* Proficient in all Microsoft Packages
