Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveying Director of a respected UK building consultancy is expanding his team and is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor who is either already experienced, or keen to gain experience, in acting as a Quantity Surveyor / Employer’s Agent on a range of exciting projects.

The Quantity Surveyor’s role

Working alongside a Director, the successful Quantity Surveyor will carry out a dual QS and Employer’s Agent role on D&B projects within the public sector including residential and community buildings on behalf of housing associations and local authorities.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor will support the Director by carrying out pre and post contract tasks, as well as taking ownership of smaller projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* 3+ years Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience

* Must have worked within a UK PQS / Consultancy environment

* Pre and post contract knowledge

* Residential or Education project experience would be a plus

* Comfortable WFH and in an office environment

* £45,000 – £60,000

* 2 days WFH a week
