Site Manager – Fit-Out (Apart-Hotel, Soho)
The Project
We’re delivering a £600k high-spec traditional fit-out of a 16-room apart-hotel in Soho. The scope includes a full M&E upgrade and interior fit-out, with works progressing at approximately 2–2.5 weeks per room. There are no external works involved.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong track record in commercial fit-out projects, ideally within hospitality, retail, or office environments. You’ll oversee all on-site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors.

Oversee M&E upgrades alongside joinery and finishing trades.
*
Plan and manage site logistics, sequencing, and materials.
*
Maintain and enforce high standards of health, safety, and quality.
*
Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.
*
Ensure works are completed on time and to specification.
Requirements
*
Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects (hotel, office, retail, or shopfitting).
*
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
*
Ability to drive programme delivery and solve problems proactively.
*
Excellent communication and site leadership skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred.
