We are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected principal contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality data centre and commercial fit-out projects across the Southeast and other parts of the UK. With a strong pipeline of prestigious schemes and a proven track record of promoting from within, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS to take ownership of major projects and lead commercial delivery from start to finish.
You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a flagship Central London fit-out project, ensuring cost control, value optimisation, and contractual compliance. This role offers the autonomy to run your own schemes while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading procurement, cost planning, and subcontractor management
Preparing and presenting valuations, cost reports, and contract documentation
Working closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial success
Driving value engineering initiatives and maintaining tight cost control
Managing client relationships and attending key meetings
Mentoring junior QS team members
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with strong MEP project exposure
Proven ability to run projects independently from inception to final account
Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Package & Benefits:
£80,000 – £90,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
£5,000 annual travel allowance
