About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Senior or Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a skilled project manager seeking to take the next step, lead key projects, and build strong client relationships while contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

You will have the autonomy to manage projects from inception through to completion, taking responsibility for stakeholder engagement, programme delivery, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects across multiple sectors

* Develop project briefs, business cases, and master programmes

* Manage procurement strategies, tender processes, and contract administration

* Oversee design team coordination, risk management, and reporting

* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships

* Chair project meetings and provide clear leadership to multi-disciplinary teams

* Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and risk, ensuring successful outcomes

* Mentor junior project managers and contribute to internal team development

* Support business development activities, including proposal writing and pitching

About the Requirements

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in a consultancy or client-side environment

* Minimum 5–8 years’ experience, with a track record of successfully delivering projects

* Professional accreditation such as MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent (desirable)

* Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and project governance

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Confident in leading meetings, making decisions, and driving progress

* Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and programmes effectively

* Leadership skills and a desire to mentor and develop junior staff
