Electrical Estimator needed on a permanent basis in sittingbourne area.

My client — a well-established and reputable M&E contractor — is looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their growing team based in Sittingbourne. Must have previous estimating experience in the electrical sector.

Duties
• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical tenders across a range of commercial and residential projects.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and scope documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and strong technical submissions.
• Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, suppliers, and innovations in electrical systems.

Requirements
• Proven experience working as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E industry.
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, able to work closely with clients, engineers, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with pricing software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems across various building types.
