Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for heritage restoration and a proven track record in ironwork repairs on Grade II listed buildings? Our client, a specialist contractor renowned for their work on historic structures, is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to lead the refurbishment of a prestigious listed building in Richmond.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of the project.
Supervise all site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Manage site logistics, plant, materials, and PPE.
Liaise with the Project Manager to monitor progress, costs, and technical issues.
Maintain site diaries, reports, and quality control documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Essential Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of five listed building restoration projects, with at least three involving significant cast iron, ironmongery, or ironwork repairs.
SMSTS certification and Site Manager CSCS card.
Strong understanding of civils, structural, and M&E engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.
First Aid at Work certification.
Full UK driving licence.Desirable Attributes:
