Commercial Valuation Surveyor – Directorship potential – London – £120k+ package

My client is a super prime London specialist acting on Residential and Commercial Valuation instructions for a range of specialist and private lenders alongside HNWI’s and investors.

Within their Commercial Valuation team, they are now looking to hire a Commercial Valuation Surveyor as follows:

* Working directly alongside the MD, servicing desirable clients in Prime London

* Scope to lead and develop the commercial division with share options over time

* MRICS/VRS with 5 years PQE

* Proven track record in Commercial Property Valuation

* Ability to Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports within client timelines.

* Provide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of property assets across the main commercial sectors.

* Tech Savvy

* Excellent client-management skills, with a proactive, flexible approach.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards.

The successful Commercial Valuation Surveyor can expect an outstanding remuneration package including excellent base salary (up to £85k), bonuses (based on fee income, but in excess of £30k), benefits, and eventual shareholding.
