Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager – Somerset – 6 Month Contract – Managing 2 sites – Care Homes/Clinic Refurbishment

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in Fitout & Refurbishment works, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver 2 projects in Somerset.

Project Manager will be expected to:

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

*

Coordinate/ book all trades

*

Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard

*

Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings

*

Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving

*

Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers

*

Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous Care Home Fitout/Refurbishment experience
