The Role:

Cost planning & management from inception to completion
Procurement, tendering & contract administration (NEC & JCT)
Value engineering & financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency
Stakeholder management, working closely with clients, contractors & design teams
Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors to develop team capability
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the property sector
Strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts
Excellent cost control, budgeting & commercial awareness
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field (MRICS preferred)
