Junior / Assistant Estimator

The Role

You’ll support the estimating team in preparing cost plans, take-offs, and tender submissions for raised access flooring projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their construction career to gain hands-on commercial experience and progress within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates from drawings

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical information

*

Help prepare tender documents and support bid submissions

*

Maintain cost databases and assist with post-tender analysis

Requirements

*

Some experience or education in construction, fit-out, or commercial interiors

*

Strong Excel and numerical skills with great attention to detail

*

Eagerness to learn and develop a career in estimating

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills
