Site Manager – high end housing

Constructive Moves are sourcing Site Managers for a real estate developer that build high-end, bespoke houses and apartments across the Essex region.

In the role of Site Manager, you will play a crucial role to ensure the performance of the site team builds to a high level of quality, on time and to budget whilst ensuring an exceptional customer service journey.

Duties for the role:

Motivate your site team of operatives and sub-contractors, to provide training, leadership and support to optimise performance levels.
Plan and execute build programmes/build sequences.
Inspection of work during the construction process and provide advice and support to the as required.
Keep up to date with customer care issues and address any reported matters to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.This role would ideally suit applicants with experience in the house building or construction industry and have managed schemes from inception to completion.
