We're after an experienced Groundworks Supervisor / Ganger to lead a small civils team on a major £850M infrastructure project in the West Sussex area.

Supervising and working alongside a 3-4 man gang

Overseeing ducting, drainage, and pipe laying works

Ensuring quality, safety, and productivity on site

Coordinating with site management and plant operators

Getting hands-on when needed – this is a working supervisor role
