Floor Area: Approx. 1,200 m² across 10 levels

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Raised Access Floor Installers to join our site team on a prestigious Cat A commercial fit-out project in Aldgate.. The works involve installation of raised access flooring systems across multiple levels, working closely with the main contractor and site management team to deliver high-quality finishes to programme.

Key Responsibilities

Install raised access floor panels, pedestals, and stringers to specification.

*

Ensure correct levels, alignment, and system integrity throughout all floors.

*

Work from site drawings and method statements.

*

Coordinate with other trades to maintain programme sequence.

*

Maintain site health & safety standards and quality workmanship.

Requirements

*

Proven experience installing raised access flooring on commercial or office fit-out projects.

*

CSCS Card (essential).

*

Own tools and PPE.

*

Ability to read layout drawings and work efficiently within a team.

*

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Rates & Hours

*

Competitive day rates (dependent on experience).

*

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (weekend work may be available).

Start: Immediate

End: December 2025
