Project Planner

Planner – Dorset (Hybrid)
British nationality required

A skilled Project Planner is needed to lead programme development and control across multi-discipline projects. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from bid planning through live delivery, ensuring programmes are accurate, efficient and commercially robust.

You’ll translate complex design information into logical construction sequences, coordinating with engineering, commercial and site teams to maintain visibility of time, risk and progress. You’ll produce and maintain detailed schedules, identify potential delays and support decision-making through clear reporting.

This position suits a planner who values structure, accuracy and clear communication. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that project timelines remain achievable and that every stakeholder understands the path to delivery.

Essential experience

● NEC contract planning 
● Planning tool experience, ideally Primavera P6 or MS Project proficiency
● Proven experience in construction programme management
● Strong stakeholder coordination and reporting skills

Desirable experience

● International or government-funded project delivery
● Engineering or construction management background
