The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to the Directors to provide high-level support across administrative, operational, and strategic tasks. This is a central office role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and diary management support to the Directors.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Directors.

*

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal/external communications.

*

Act as a central point of contact between Directors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

*

Assist with project tracking, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure business objectives are met.

*

Support HR and compliance tasks as required, including recruitment coordination.

*

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role, ideally within construction, roofing, or a commercial environment.

*

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with digital business tools.

*

Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently while supporting senior leadership.
