Civils Gangs

We are urgently seeking civils gangs for a major infrastructure programme across the North Patch of SSE works, covering Basingstoke, Aldershot, and Bracknell. This is part of an £850m contract with long-term work expected to continue into the new year and beyond.

Gang Composition:

Labourer – £170-£190/day
General Operative (with Dumper) – £180-£200/day
Machine Operator – £220-£230/day
Groundworker – £190-£200/day
Ganger – £250-£260/dayIdeal Background:
Candidates should ideally come from Streetworks (NRSWA) backgrounds, having worked with civils/reinstatement firms etc. Experience in digging up roads, exposing utilities, ducting, and reinstatement is essential. Cable installation will be subcontracted.

Additional Info:

Machine drivers must be willing to muck in with groundworks.
Strong preference for reliable, hard-working crews with a team mentality.
