What You'll Be Doing as the Successful Building Surveyor:

Carry out detailed building surveys, inspections, and condition reports on unique, listed, and character-rich properties.
Take projects from concept to completion – preparing specifications, tender documents, and overseeing works on site.
Lead meetings, manage stakeholders, and ensure every project runs smoothly and to the highest standard.
Administer contracts (JCT and other forms), valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Champion compliance, safety, and conservation excellence in every aspect of your work.What They're Looking For:

A degree in Building Surveying (or related field).
Strong technical expertise and professional surveying experience – ideally with exposure to heritage or conservation projects.
A proactive, curious, and self-driven professional who takes pride in quality and detail.
A clear communicator who builds trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Organised, collaborative, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).Why Join?
