The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll take the lead on landmark Commercial projects across London and the South East, including:

Office fit-outs and CAT A/B refurbishments
Large-scale mixed-use developments
Industrial sheds and logistics hubs
Retail and hospitality rolloutsYou'll work closely with the Head of Cost Management, running your own projects, managing key client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. With real autonomy from day one, this is a clear route to future Partnership within a business that rewards impact, not tenure.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

MRICS or working towards.
Proven Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy.
Strong pre- and post-contract skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
A successful track record of delivering Commercial projects from start to finish.
The confidence to lead a small team, mentor junior colleagues, and drive team growth.
Ambition to step into a leadership role and progress to Partner level.What's in It for You?
