Associate Quantity Surveyor

A global Cost Consultancy is growing their head office in central London by appointing an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director – preferably with office / fit out project experience.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s role

Working alongside a Partner, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading the day to day quantity surveying services on projects – office, hospitality, life science.

Alongside project delivery and being a key contact for clients, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor shall also manage their own team of graduates.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

* Preferably MRICS

* Ambitious, client facing personality

* Excellent pre and post contract experience

* Preferably have office / fit out project experience

* Good management skills

* Client facing

* PQS / Consultancy work history
