About the Role
We’re looking for experienced and proactive Site Supervisors to join our expanding education team. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. With both immediate and future start opportunities, this is an excellent chance to lead meaningful builds that directly improve learning environments for children and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to programme, budget, and quality expectations.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site labour, and suppliers.
Implement and uphold strict health, safety, and environmental standards.
Liaise effectively with the Project Manager, school representatives, and the wider construction team.
Monitor progress, produce site reports, and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and respect on site.
What You’ll Bring
✅ Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Site Manager within school or education construction projects (new builds, refurbishments, or extensions).
✅ Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and finishing quality.
✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work effectively in live school environments, maintaining safeguarding standards.
✅ Valid CSCS card, SMSTS / SSSTS, and First Aid certification.
✅ Full UK driving licence.
