The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

Working closely with the Quantity Surveying Director, you'll step into a visible, hands-on role where you'll:

Lead standout projects from inception to completion
Support and mentor APC candidates, sharing knowledge and developing future talent
Influence team culture, delivery standards, and client relationships

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS ideally
Successful track record delivering projects from start to finish
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Strong pre & post contract experienceWhat's on Offer?

£60,000 – £70,000
