Associate Quantity Surveyor

A leading Cost Management consultancy is seeking a top-level Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their modern offices in Essex.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s role

Working across a diverse range of projects, and undertaking a client-focus role, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will remain hands-on, delivering projects pre and post contract.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will also support the directors with running the cost management team, proving APC support and mentorship to the assistant and graduates within the office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

* MRICS

* Proven record within a PQS / Consultancy environment

* Good communication and management skills

* Excellent pre and post contract knowledge

* Able to commute in and around Essex

* Comfortable supporting with business development
