The Role:

As Electrical Quality Engineer, you’ll take ownership of quality across multiple projects, ensuring compliance, driving improvements, and supporting delivery from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection and test plans

– Lead quality culture and behaviors across site teams and supply chain

– Carry out audits, monitor KPIs, and ensure QMS compliance

– Implement lessons learned, walkdowns, and benchmarks to improve performance

– Provide technical support, guidance, and training to project teams

– Identify risks, drive corrective actions, and proactively improve processes

About You:

– Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade qualification

– 5+ years’ quality management experience in engineering & construction

– Experience with HV/MV substations, transmission & distribution (advantageous)

– ISO 9001 auditor certification

– Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

– Able to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
