The Role
As Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects, managing them from inception through to handover. You’ll oversee all on-site activities, coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the company’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of project delivery including programme, budget, and quality
*
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
*
Maintain strong client and consultant relationships
*
Drive quality, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
About You
*
Proven experience managing new build or refurbishment projects (£5m–£20m range)
*
Background with a reputable main contractor or high-end developer
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates required
*
Local knowledge of Hampshire or Dorset advantageous
