Enable Resourcing are supporting a specialist demolition and enabling works contractor delivering a high volume of projects across Central London. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to add experienced Site Managers to their growing delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a solid background in demolition and enabling works to join a busy, reputable contractor known for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe and efficient project delivery

* Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure HSEQ compliance at all times

* Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Report on progress, costs, and resource needs to senior management

* Maintain accurate site records, RAMS, and daily reports

* Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

* Valid CCDO Site Manager card (essential)

* Proven experience within demolition and/or enabling works

* Excellent understanding of site safety procedures and regulations

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are highly desirable
