Calling for a BIM Manager for a 3 months contract with our housing sector client based in Coventry.

The role can offer full remote flexibility.

Day rate: £304.91 Umbrella (role is inside IR35)

Our client is looking for a BIM Manager with strong experience in using rivet and outdesk critical software.

The ideal BIM Manager will have some form of residential building experience or will have previously worked in the building information modelling environment, build models, adapt models.

The key focus is on data modelling knowledge around building control and planning.

The selected BIM Manager will have responsibilities regarding the delivery and operation of assets; handle the technology, processes and policies of a company in order to ensure there is collaboration throughout the whole construction process.

* Ensure that HS&E and quality standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood, implemented, and adhered to at all times.

* Effective coordinated full working drawings of all building elements.

* Being able to work with a team.

* Research & Development in existing data structures.

* Validation & collaboration of existing data structures between all stakeholders.

* Collaboration for data use in the Fire & Building Safety Act.

* Discussing designs with other professionals.

* Explaining existing designs to other.

* Information management workflow.

* Must be able to flag issues and concerns to the leadership team in order to ensure the most well-informed decision is being taken at any time.
