Site Supervisor – Highways Civils – Night Shift

The Project

As an experienced Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing Highways Civils work on Night Shifts.

For this role it is essential that you carry the following qualifications or experience as a minimum;

SSSTS / SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid 3 Day
Highways PassportFor this role it is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;

Experienced as a Site Supervisor/Foreman/Site Manager overseeing civils works on highways contracts

The Role

Job Title: Site Supervisor
Job Type: Freelance
Location: Thrapston
Duration: Initially Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night Shifts, but if perform well the work can last until March 2026
Start Date: Friday 10th October
Reporting to: Site Manager

Duties

Monitor and produce good quality of work
Supervising the Civils works
Assisting the site manager with the day-to-day running of the site
Ensuring that safety plans and method statements are adhered to onsite by all operatives and sub-contractors
Checking that materials, plant, equipment and labour are on site to meet with contract and programme requirements
Ensure there is a safe system of work in the place for all site activities and that safety equipment is provided at the correct time
