Location: London & South East (Hybrid: site, home, and London office)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm)

About the Role:
We're seeking Building Surveyors to join our ambitious team, supporting our growth across London and the South East. If you have 1-2 years' experience and are ready to propel your career, this is the perfect opportunity.

You'll work on a wide range of projects, including Technical Due Diligence and Forensic Surveying, across various sectors. Our hybrid working style offers flexibility between site, home, and office.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing detailed briefs with clients and senior colleagues
Conduct site surveys (measured, condition, defect analysis)
Support design, specification, and tender preparation
Assist in administering building contracts
Undertake professional surveying work (Condition Surveys, Defect Analysis, dilapidations, Access Audits, FRAs)
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultantsWhat We're Looking For:

BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
At an advanced stage for the APC Final Assessment with RICS or CIOB, or recently qualified
Strong client and colleague relationship skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Good AutoCAD and/or REVIT skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
