Setting Out Engineer

PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Residential Groundworks Sector to recruit a Setting Out Engineer to Join their Production team. Working on Projects in the Southern Region.

Setting Out Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

Use site plans, technology, and instruments to mark the location of foundations, walls, access roads, and more.
Ensure that construction projects start correctly and proceed as planned.
Use clear markers to indicate where structures are going to be installed.
Ensure that workers on the site adhere to the markers.
Monitor the construction process to ensure that the building is being constructed correctly.
Quality Assurance and Creation of AsBuilts.Setting Out Engineer Requirements

Must have experience working in Residential Groundworks
Have the ability to survey site levels and create cut and fill models
Use of; Total Station, AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Similar
Good knowledge of the process around applications for road space, connection into existing services et
Full clean driving licenseFurther Details

Rate – £300-£400 a day DOE
