Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager looking to take the lead on a flagship housing development with a major UK housebuilder? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected PLC residential developer delivering high-quality new homes across Somerset and East Devon.

The Role:
As Senior Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for managing a large-scale residential development from groundwork through to handover. Working closely with your Project Manager and regional construction team, you’ll drive build quality, health & safety, and programme delivery — ensuring homes are completed on time and to the company’s exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination

Oversee build quality, NHBC standards, and compliance with all H&S regulations

*

Plan and monitor construction schedules, budgets, and resources

*

Lead a motivated site team to deliver high-performing results

*

Maintain strong communication with commercial, technical, and sales teams

Requirements:

*

Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager with a volume housebuilder or main contractor

*

Timber frame experience is essential

*

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required
